With Arcane Season Two, came multiple champion transformations. With those changes, Viktor received an in-game visual update. 

Our goal for this piece was to give insight into Viktor’s logic. He reflects on the change that humanity needs, concluding that he alone must force humanity to progress. We wanted this piece to feel emotional... starting from a place of solemn introspection, and ending with a detached, emotionless declaration.
